Complementary therapy market predicted to grow
The complementary therapy market is set to grow by a third by 2014, according to research by Mintel. A report predicts that the value of the market for complementary therapy will grow from £213 million in 2009 to £282 million by 2014, an increase of 33%. The homeopathy market alone is forecast to grow by 29% and, alongside herbal medicines, is the most commonly used complementary medicine.
